Celesta dedicated to helping clients overcome the effects of past trauma and experience authentic living. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Celesta provides a safe and supportive space for teens, adults, and couples seeking to heal from distressing life events, repair relationships with self and others, and find peace.

Kelly Culpepper, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, NCC
Kelly’s main focus is in relationship care and grief counseling. She has a drive to see more healthy relationships in our community through helping clients navigate better conflict, increase communication skills, and foster positive regard and deep understanding in all kinds of relationship. For individual clients, she believes learning to grieve well is learning to live well, and she would be honored to walk along side clients in their loss.

As a systems-focused therapist, Cody believes that people are formed within the systems they are a part of and that early experiences with parents and caregivers can be very formative in personality and identity development. Cody utilizes approaches and techniques from attachment theory, Gottman, and EFT to help individuals and couples meet their goals.

Mack specializes in working with women to overcome childhood trauma, grief and loss, relational or boundary difficulties, substance abuse issues, and improving self-worth. If chaos were a specialty, it would be Trey’s. He works well with people who feel overwhelmed, underwater, or like life has started to unravel.
